TeleTech Holdings today announced that Carlos Millan has joined the company as a regional lead focused on the growing markets in Mexico. Mr. Millan previously led regional customer strategy practices for Accenture, Deloitte and Ernst & Young.

Mr. Millan comes to TeleTech with a wealth of experience after more than 19 years of consulting, growth strategy and leadership roles across industries in Mexico, the U.S. and globally. Most recently, Mr. Millan led the customer strategy practice among financial services and healthcare industries as a Partner for Ernst & Young in Mexico. Following a long stint at Accenture managing financial services and CRM strategies in Mexico, Mr. Millan was a Partner at Deloitte for nearly seven years advancing strategy, technology and operations for holistic CRM and customer service-oriented projects. Mr. Millan received his MBA from Mexico’s esteemed El Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direccion de Empresa (IPADE), and his undergraduate degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
