Google clearly decided to bring in the “big Latino guns” with Mark.  As the former COO of Terra Networks and Publisher of AOL Latino, he is well-versed in both online sales and marketing, experience critical to his new role:  working with brand marketers and their agencies to create integrated programs across Google properties to reach the Latino online audience.
